These are set by the Living Wage Foundation and are higher than the government’s National Minimum Wage, designed to reflect the true cost of living.
The new Real Living Wage across the UK is £12.60 per hour, while the London Living Wage, reflecting the higher costs of living in the capital, has been increased to £13.85 per hour. For our team members, this means more security and a wage that allows them to cover essential costs, from rent to food and bills.
